Pricing
What does a delivery cost?
Most local deliveries run $8–$20, priced per delivery by distance and size — a 5-mile small-package run is around $12. You see the exact quote before you dispatch, so there are no surprises.
Is there a subscription, contract, or minimum?
No. You pay per delivery — no monthly subscription, no volume commitment, and no minimums. It's built for shops doing anywhere from a handful to 500+ deliveries a month.
Does the price change with volume?
Every delivery is quoted individually by route and size, so you always see the real cost up front. Talk to us about higher volumes when you request access.
Coverage & getting started
Where do you deliver?
DoNotCarry is live in El Paso, TX, where we ran a year-plus pilot, and expanding nationally by dispatching across the Uber, DoorDash, and Roadie networks plus 1,000+ carriers. Tell us your ZIP when you request access and we'll confirm your area.
How fast can I start?
Once you're set up, posting your first delivery takes about ten minutes — set your pickup address and drop off your first request. We're onboarding shops in waves, so request early access and we'll set you up as it opens in your area.
Do I need my own drivers or a van?
No. That's the whole point — you keep selling, and we handle the last mile through the carrier network. No hires, no vans, no payroll on slow days.
Reliability & claims
What happens if a driver falls through?
Failover is automatic. If a carrier can't complete a pickup, the next best one is already lined up — you don't have to re-dispatch or chase anyone.
What if a delivery is damaged or doesn't arrive?
The claim runs through us. You get one point of contact for a resolution instead of a carrier hotline — we handle it on your behalf.
Whose brand does my customer see?
Yours. The customer-facing tracking and proof of delivery carry your brand, not the carrier's — the delivery experience stays yours end to end.
How do I track a delivery?
Every delivery comes back in one place — live status and a photo or signature proof of delivery — in the same format no matter which carrier drove it.
