CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Non-Perishable Products

If your good/item is non-perishable AND non-customized (MTO), our national customers can cancel their order with a full refund IF the cancellation is made during the following 24 hours after the Order Date.

  • The full-refund period of time begins with the Order Date and terminates by the next 24 hours exactly.
  • The cancellation has to be recorded before the vendor sends the product to the freight company; before the delivery person leaves the store premises.
  • The full refund will be reflected on your bank account between the next 5 to 7 business days after the Cancellation Date.
  • For returns:
    1. You are responsible for cost of return.
    2. Send the package back during the seven days after your Delivery Date.
    3. Use UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground shipping (we recommend you to use a tracking system with delivery confirmation) to make sure the package arrives.
    4. Your full refund will be reflected on your bank account between the next 5 to 7 business days after the vendor receives your package.

If your good/item is non-perishable AND non-customized (MTO), our international customers can cancel their order with a full refund IF the cancellation is made during the following 24 hours after the Order Date.

  • The full-refund period of time begins with the Order Date and terminates by the next 24 hours exactly.
  • The cancellation has to be recorded before the vendor sends the product to the freight company; before the delivery person leaves the store premises.
  • Due to the variety of our catalog, vendors, prepackaging procedures, and international freight policies, our vendors are required to plan and prepackage their orders after the first 24 hours of the Order. For some vendors the prepackaging step already incurs an expense.
  • The full refund will be reflected on your bank account between the next 5 to 7 business days after the Cancellation Date.
  • For returns:
    1. You are responsible for cost of return.

If your good/item is non-perishable AND customized (MTO), our national and international customers can cancel their order IF the cancellation is made during the following 24 hours after the Order Date.

  • Our vendors are required to initiate their planning, designing, purchasing, and manufacturing after the first 24 hours of the Order Date.
  • Make-to-Order (MTO) products cannot be resold.
  • The full refund will be reflected on your bank account between the next 5 to 7 business days after the Cancellation Date.
  • For returns:
    1. MTO products cannot be resold, therefore returns should be attended by case. Please call us to our Customer Service department to issue a Claim. We will be glad to help you solve this with the vendor.

Non-Perishable product is the item that does not require refrigeration for safety measures. These require standard packaging procedures and their shipping and handling costs are usually cheaper.

Make-to-Order (MTO)  products are strategically designed and manufactured in order to fulfill the customer’s unique specifications. These require customized packaging and shipping is usually more expensive.

Perishable Products

If your good/item is perishable AND non-customized (MTO), our national and international customers can cancel their order with a full refund IF the cancellation is made during the following 24 hours after the Order Date.

  • The full-refund period of time begins with the Order Date and terminates by the next 24 hours exactly.
  • The cancellation has to be recorded before the vendor sends the product to the freight company; before the delivery person leaves the store premises.
