• Before Shipping/Pickup: Cancellations are allowed before the product has been shipped or picked up. You will receive a full refund, excluding any service or handling fees.
• After Shipping/Pickup: Cancellations are not allowed once the product has been shipped or picked up. However, you may still return the product in accordance with our return policy.

Refund and Exchange Policy

• In-Store Returns: Products can be returned in-store within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Mail Returns: For products returned by mail, please ensure they are sent back within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will include the product's value, taxes, and fees, excluding Shipping & Handling Fees (Shipping Label). Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance items. No returns or refunds are accepted for these items.
