Product Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and approved, cancellations are not accepted. Our team begins processing your order immediately after it is confirmed to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in resellable condition, which means it must be clean, unworn, and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Brims of ballcaps must be unaltered and unbent. Hats must be returned in a box, not an envelope. Returns by mail are not accepted. A proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required for all returns. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the time we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered for orders unless there is an issue with the product. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or correcting the order.
