Order Cancellations

• Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled after placement but not once they have been picked up for delivery or shipping.

• After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been picked up for delivery or shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

• General Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues (e.g., incorrect address, undeliverable), you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee. Please note, this is the only exception to our no-return policy and does not apply to customer-initiated returns.
