At Chilabox USA, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic and delicious Mexican chilaquiles. However, due to the nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Local Orders Only:
Once an order has been approved, no cancellations are allowed, regardless of whether the order has been picked up or not.

Returns:
We do not accept returns of any food products. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the incorrect dish, we will gladly remake the order to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Remakes are available if the product received is incorrect.
