General Conditions for All Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, including unopened packaging.

For Local Orders

• Cancellation:
  You may cancel your order after it has been approved but only if it has not yet been picked up for delivery. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been picked up.

• In-Store Returns:
  Returns can be made in-store within 1 week of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Mail Returns:
  Mail returns are not accepted for local orders.

For Postal Orders

• Cancellation:
  You may cancel your order after it has been approved but only if it has not yet been picked up for shipping. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been picked up for delivery.

• In-Store Returns:
  Returns can be made in-store within 1 week of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Mail Returns:
  Returns by mail are accepted within 1 weeks of  the day it was received. Products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Refunds will include the product's value, taxes, and fees, excluding Shipping & Handling Fees (Shipping Label). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
