  Our team begins preparing your food immediately after your order is confirmed to ensure the freshest quality. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for any orders.
  If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food. We will work with you to correct the issue by either remaking the order or providing a replacement on your next visit.

Returns

• Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of any food items.
  If you have concerns about your meal, please reach out to our team immediately so we can address the situation promptly.
