Product Return & Refund Policy

At Iron King, we are committed to providing high-quality ironing services while ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns. These policies are designed to protect our business operations and ensure that our valued customers receive the best possible service.

Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order without any charges if the cancellation is made before the scheduled pickup time by our courier service, DoNotCarry.
Once the clothes have been picked up by DoNotCarry for delivery to Iron King, cancellations are no longer accepted. This policy ensures that our time and resources, as well as those of the courier service, are fairly compensated.

Refunds
If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of our ironing service, we request that they contact us within 24 hours of receiving their garments. We will review the issue and, if it is determined that our service did not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will offer to re-iron the items at no additional charge.
Given the nature of our service and the costs involved in labor, transportation, and operations, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we focus on rectifying any issues by redoing the service to the customer's satisfaction.

Returns and Re-Ironing
If there is a problem with the ironing quality, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon notification, customers will need to bring the garments back to Iron King for re-ironing at no extra cost. Once the re-ironing is complete, customers will be responsible for picking up the garments directly from Iron King.
The clothes must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with no additional wear or stains. Any garments that have been worn, stained, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be eligible for re-ironing.
