Cancellations:

• Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled after placement but not once they have been picked up for delivery or shipping.
• After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been picked up for delivery or shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds for returns. Instead, customers will receive store credit that can be used on future purchases.
• Conditions for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.
• Handcrafted Nature: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These are not considered defects, and returns for such reasons are not accepted.
