Product Return & Refund Policy

At Desert Paint Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. These policies are designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers while protecting our business operations.

Order Cancellations

• No Cancellations:

• We do not accept cancellations for local orders once they have been placed. This policy applies both before and after the product has been picked up by our courier service, DoNotCarry. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed for delivery, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

Returns and Exchanges
Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to return products. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. This ensures that all returned items can be resold without compromising quality.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, customers should contact Desert Paint Store within the 5-day return window. Once the return is approved, the customer must bring the product back to our store location. We do not offer return pickups via DoNotCarry, and we do not accept postal returns.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, either as cash or card refunds, depending on how the purchase was made. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
Our return and refund policy only applies to local orders. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for postal orders.
Additional Information
Customized or tinted paints are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the personalized nature of these products.
Desert Paint Store is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return process if the product is not properly secured and transported by the customer.
