Local Orders:

• Cancellations Before Pickup:
  Customers may cancel their order without penalty before the laundry has been picked up for processing.

• Cancellations After Pickup:
  Once the laundry has been picked up and processing has begun, no cancellations will be accepted. This is because the cleaning process will already be underway.

Refunds:
Since laundry services are performed promptly upon pickup, we do not offer refunds once the service has started. If there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the matter.
