Product Return & Refund Policy

At Bark, Meow, 'N Beyond, we are committed to providing top-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that sometimes issues arise, and you may need to cancel or return an order. Please carefully review our policies below to ensure a smooth process.

Local Orders:

• Cancellations:
  Once your order has been approved, you may cancel it only before it has been picked up for delivery. After the delivery process has begun, cancellations will no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email to ensure it hasn't already been picked up.

• Returns:
  If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the purchase date. Returns can only be made in-store—we do not accept returns by mail for local orders. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and condition, and bring along the proof of purchase (receipt).

  • Conditions for Return: Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

• Refunds:
  For approved returns, we offer refunds in the form of store credit only. Refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved by our staff in-store. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If the return was due to an incorrect or damaged product, we'll gladly cover return shipping costs.

Postal Orders:

• Cancellations:
  For postal orders, cancellations are not allowed once the order has been approved, even if it has not yet been picked up for shipping or delivery. Please be sure to review your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any complications.

• Returns:
  Postal order returns must also be made in-store within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are not accepted by mail. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, and be sure to bring the proof of purchase (receipt).

  • Conditions for Return: Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

• Refunds:
  Similar to local orders, refunds for postal orders are issued as store credit only. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected in-store. We do not refund shipping or delivery fees for postal orders.

  A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. No returns or refunds will be processed without this documentation.

• Non-Returnable Items:
